Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Lead Times: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days (5–7 for large quantities). Express delivery and offshore island delivery (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands) are available upon request. We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Methods: Website orders are dispatched via third-party couriers or pallet networks. Pallet deliveries use larger vehicles and are made kerbside or to the nearest safe point. Customer-arranged collections/deliveries are at your own risk and expense.
Access & Re-Delivery: You must notify us of any access restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, weight limits). If a delivery fails due to incorrect details, missing access information, or unavailability, reasonable re-delivery/storage fees may apply.
Split Deliveries: Orders may be split into multiple deliveries if needed; you will be notified prior to any additional charges.
Storage Requirements: Products must be stored indoors/under cover in a dry environment prior to installation. Outdoor or wet exposure can compromise performance.
Returns
14-Day Cancellation Right: You have 14 days from the day after delivery (or final split delivery) to cancel standard online orders.
How to Return: Email enquiries@thermafleece.com or call 017684 86285 with your name, address, order number, product details, and reason for returning goods.
Returning Items: Return products within 14 days of notifying us. We may provide a returns tracking number and specific return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items.
Product Condition & Deductions: You may inspect items as you would in a shop. However, deductions may be made from your refund if value is reduced due to misuse, damage, contamination, or exposure to moisture.
Refunds: We will refund the purchase price plus standard outbound delivery costs to your original payment method. Upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed once goods are returned or proof of postage is provided. If you cancel mid-transit, lawful transport/storage costs incurred may be deducted.
